About sol & bloom

At Sol & Bloom, we have been growing flowers for over 10 years! What started with a hobby, turned into a deep passion and obsession. Every year we focused on growing a different flower and getting to know what soil it likes, how much sun it needs and how it does as a cut flower.  That abundance led to creating beautiful arrangements with what was in season and finally to the arrangements you see today. Playing with flowers brings the most joy into our lives. 

 During the growing season, we focus on providing local, freshly grown flowers from Frederick, Maryland and surrounding areas. For weddings and large events, we work with other local farmers always supporting local first. We love using the most beautiful and unusual varieties to make a one of a kind piece for you! 

Delis, our lead designer and grower loves everything floral. She has been a life long artist with a love for flowers. She has been able to combine the two and created Sol & Bloom.  She is constantly expanding her knowledge of farming flowers and floral design.
